Let me once again prove that there is no such thing as getting older and wiser! In October of this year I will be lugging my ageing body across to South East Asia and cycle from Vietnam to Cambodia, raising money for the very worthwhile local charitable cause, the Bluestone Foundation. But then I console myself by thinking that, surely, 30 million Vietnamese cyclists can't be wrong... 35 degrees midday heat / 90% humidity and the constant threat of being sucked by some critter that you hadn't quite prepared for.
