This year I'll be attempting to swim the ten miles of Windermere, negotiating icebergs and the Cumberland Giant Otter.

Why? Very good question. However, I'll be risking severe finger wrinkle to raise some money for three charities: FRANK Water, a Bristol-based charity which supports and funds clean water projects in India; Lickey Phab, a club for people with a learning disability (that Helen helps to run) and Dudley Voices for Choice, a charity that supports people with a learning disability to speak up for themselves.
