Our eldest son, Sam, is a grafter and has always scraped together money for his own stuff. Tonight his motorbike was stolen from a bolted and locked shed at the bottom of his garden. They even dragged the van out of the way with a car to get to it. Sam's wife is in hospital, he's alone and isolated in Wales in a lockdown and his bike has been one of the few things keeping him okay.
It gets worse, the insurance has JUST run out (he's not daft, he always insures his stuff, especially his pride and joy) and he has little work (self employed) coming in.
We can't afford to replace it at £6000 and every little will help. If I could get the money, I would in a heartbeat and he hasn't asked us to do anything. In fact, he will be shocked and embarrassed by me setting this up but tough! He does so much for so many people and he is their rock in tough times, I am now asking, hoping, pleading with you all to help me help him.
I know it's "only a Motorbike" but I can't stress enough how important it is to him.
