Meet Nura Noodle .

Nura 14 months. She came from a wonderful rescue in Serbia and has been looked after by the astonishingly devoted Sandra from SOS House for Animals Serbia. She was swung by her back legs against a wall or the floor at 8 weeks old. X-rays showed her ribs and back were broken plus internal organs had moved. The rescue couldn't afford an MRI at first so no surgery but injuries were too severe anyway. She did eventually have an MRI. One kidney so damaged plus hips and stifles. Tendons all torn so back legs can't now bend normally. Can't imagine how she survived. She was found stuck half down a drain where she had crawled away to but had fallen down. She is paralysed and doubly incontinent. She has been using wheels in Serbia and was doing very well with them, but the straps have cut into her thighs causing bad sores. ( they just don't have the resources to provide what we can over here ), she will be fitted for new ones when she arrives).
