Story

Owain is 10 years old and loves cycling, he plans to win the Tour de France one day. He is also a Year 6 pupil at Long Ditton St Mary's School, he has never ridden 100km before but is up for the challenge. He is very keen to beat some of the parents and certainly any teachers.

On Sunday 24th September 2017, 40 parents and one pupil from Long Ditton St Mary’s School will take part in a charity 100 km bike ride. All money raised will be donated to the school and to The Rainbow Trust. The bike ride will start on Ditton Hill Road and make its way up to Windsor and back, passing through Walton- on-Thames, Chertsey, Egham, Chobham, Woking, Ripley, East Horsley, and Cobham.

The Rainbow Trust in Leatherhead, which provides vital support to families with life threatening illnesses, and the Junior School, of which we hope to help furnish a new classroom for the ever- growing community.
