Story

My husband Marcus suffers with Motor Neurone Disease. We would like to make a special room/ wet room with hoist on our ground floor which needs to have raised floors so that it is all on one level. He can ride the stair lift to the bathroom at the moment but there will come a time when he will be too ill for this.
As a farmer/builder he loved the outdoors and even the back garden has steps to it. We would also like to have a ramp and decking with wheelchair friendly paths so he can once again enjoy sitting outside when appropriate. He is the sort of man who would help anyone whatever it took so now we would like to help Marcus have something akin to a normal life for the time he has left.
He has given so much of his life to others and now we would like him to be on the receiving end of something nice .
