Hello Hedgehog Lovers:
My 3 year old is going to do a sponsored swim to raise money for the treatment of wildlife at our local vets. He will be swimming 12.5 meters in his arm bands but otherwise unaided, apart from a mummy to provide encouragement. We will complete this on 26/9/17 as part of his swimming lesson.
We have a gorgeous hedgehog called "Pancake" that we provide rehab for after she had treatment at the vets for a broken leg. She had an external fixator applied to fix her leg. This would have cost lots of money in xrays, vets time, nurses time and antibiotics etc. These beautiful creatures are in decline so without these dedicated vets, that will put themselves out for our British wildlife, we would have even less local numbers. My little boy would like to give something back and we would like to at least cover pancake treatment costs.
