This is Pawel, I'm his head chef, he's my junior sous chef. He is the most hardworking man Ive ever known, he goes above and beyond constantly and is always there when needed. Now he need help and won't ask for it because, to quote, "it's my problem, I will deal with it" he has tumours in his vertebrae and needs to go back home to have surgery but he's really struggling to afford it, he's supporting his family as well. I want to do what I can to help him as he deserves it.
