Story
I am a volunteer microchip scanner and had been called to scan a cat. On arriving I could see that the cat was extremely thin and appeared to be in pain. I scanned but there was no microchip. Posters were made and shared on social media but no one has come to claim this poor old fella.
Today 22/08/17, I took him to the vets and was told his pain could be due to an old fracture or kidney issues and he has been given some pain relief. However, he needs to have his vaccinations and may need further medication.
He is currently staying with Paws for Help an independent stray and feral cat and kitten rescue who are non funded and non profit making. Due to the financial implications of looking after Georgie as he is now affectionately known we are asking if anyone could possibly spare a £1 or 2 to help towards his care.
He is such a loving, vocal boy who deserves much more than a life on the street. He deserves somewhere warm, a knee and lots of love and care to build him back up again.
