Story

As a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, thousands of people in Pendle in East Lancashire find themselves unemployed or unable to continue to run their businesses. These folks are under extreme financial pressure and need to be able to feed their families. The Rotary Club of Colne Noyna is fund raising to support foodbanks to help out people who are in distress, through no fault of their own.

Our Rotary Motto is "Service above self" and our fellow citizens are in desperate need of our support.

We fund raise on behalf of local charities and we been giving 10s of thousands to local charities for over 40 years, we've never given to food banks before but we feel that the need is currently so pressing that we need to change our focus
