On Thursday 10th July 2017 my mum, Joyce Kidney lost her short battle with Lung Cancer. All the staff at Ward 10 Withybush General Hospital were fantastic with her treatment and care not to mention the support they gave to the whole family during this difficult time. On Sunday 10th September 2017 I will be under taking the challenge of Ironman Wales for the 3rd time in my mum's memory and also to raise much needed funds for Ward 10.

I am thoroughly looking forward to the challenge ahead and look forward to the support of the Pembrokeshire people once again this year.
