I manage a youth football team, an open age tennis team and referee youth and open age rugby league games weekly. I also watch my son play sports on a weekly basis. Following recent events I feel the need to carry a mobile defibrillator to help me to be prepared to safe a life if necessary.
I have decided to kick start my fundraising off by taking part in the Rainford 10k to raise money to make this a reality.
I am hoping to raise £1000 to cover the costs.
