Dylan is a lovely, cheeky, boisterous and sometimes naughty little boy who will be three in September. I'm his Great uncle Alan and this beautiful little boy is very poorly. He had an 11 hour operation last week to remove a stage three tumour that was wrapped around his spinal cord at the base of his skull. He now needs 12 weeks intensive treatment in America to free him from this horrible disease.
The money raised is to help with ordinary household expenses and cost of staying in America while little Dylan has his treatment.
