Petersfield Open Air Pool is currently under construction for major repairs. These works will safeguard the future operation of the pool for many years to come. We will be repairing and replacing the leaking structures within the pool, replacing all the cast iron pipework with PVC pipes, and installing new sumps (water which goes from the bottom of the pool to the filtration system). While the pool is empty we will take the opportunity to re-grout the entire pool. At the same time, we will be undertaking minor upgrades to the plant room which will make it easier to run and in line with current regulation.

All and all, the works are very extensive. We have secured some grant funding and generous donations from private trusts and individuals. However we are seeking to raise an additional £20,000 through crowd fundraising.

We ask you please to help with donations towards these works, towards your community pool, this wonderful sanctuary for so many, to ensure many more decades to come and importantly to open our gates for the 2020 season.
