We are trying to rasie a bit if money to say thank you yo dorothy house hospice at home care team, with out their total dedication, support, care and kindness the last two weeks of our mums life would have been made alot harder.

Thanks to the hospice at home service, we were able to keep our mums wishes of passing peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones.
