Story

I am running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on 8th October 2017 in support of Sian Kwan, a very good friend, wife and mother of two young children.

In January 2017, my dear friend, Sian Kwan, was diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma, a rare type of liver cancer within the bile ducts. Since her diagnosis, Sian has undergone 8 rounds of chemotherapy but this is not working and the NHS can't fund the alternative treatment she needs. Sian has had experts in UK as well as France offer their help using SIRT (Selective Internal Radiation Therapy) but this comes at a high price and Sian is having to raise a lot of money to fund this.

Please see Sian's story in these videos and please donate whatever you can.
