Lucy and I will be taking part in Cardiff half marathon in October to raise money for the wonderful Ned (Ian Miller) and our beautiful , Charlotte.

Ned is a local Barry man with three children, Callum, Chloe and Charlie. As many of you may already know Ned was diagnosed with bowel cancer in May 2016 and now has cancer in three other areas. Ned recently had radiotherapy on his spine in an attempt to reduce the size of the tumor which had recently grown causing him back pain.

Ned still has a long battle ahead of him therefore, we think both Ned and his family deserve a little break.
