    Story

I have decided to get involved in a community organisation. It is run across the UK. I have been working to get this running in Crawey. The organisation is helping young girls in the community. Surprisingly, many girls are missing school due to their periods as they have no access or affordability for sanitary products, we want to #endperiodpoverty This is something we all take for granted as we purchase what we need each month without thinking about it.

The project is 100% community driven and run by women around the UK. We place constantly stocked Red boxes of sanitary wear in schools for young women to access, aiming to reach those who may not be able to afford these vital items.

We have 28 active boxes in schools currently and continue to fundraise to to maintain these and buy mire!

We will also be looking for any donations of sanitary wear, so I can start to fill my boxes up. There are no restrictions on brand, but ideally looking for normal flow pads, tampons and underwear sized age 8-22.

Please get in contact if you can help, and any donations are hugely appreciated. Thank You ❤️

We have 28 boxes in local school now, thanks to your generous donations! There are still many schools without, so we continue to fundraise to get as many boxes into schools as we can!
