As part of the Soul Kickboxing team me and Rachel are running the Rocket Race http://rocketrace.co.uk/ on the 4th November to raise funds for Teddy 20 Supporting Children with Cancer http://www.teddy20.org/ Teddy 20 are a Dorset based charity that aim to provide emotional and financial support to children and young people suffering and undergoing treatment for cancer.

Basically Teddy rocks so please donate if you can, they do amazing things for amazing kids.
