As most of you know I am extremely passionate about my job and where I work at Russells Hall Hospital. The Georgina Unit within Russell's Hall Hospital has helped so many of my close friends and their families over the last year or so through difficult times and I'd like too thank them for their hard work and help them continue to provide the specialist treatment too many more.

I am by no means a runner but I have signed myself up for the Stafford 10k, with the aim of raising money for the wonderful Georgina Unit. I would love to complete the run in under an hour, but my main aim is to smash my fundraising target of £200 with your help!
