Ellie, Ashley and Matt from the HRA Manchester office are running the Salford 10K on 3rd September to help fundraise and support Friends of Josh.

Friends of Josh is being set up in memory of Ellie's school friend Joshua Smith who sadly took his own life in October 2016 after a long struggle with depression.

The charity will provide structured support for people suffering from mental health issues, through activities that were beneficial to Josh, such as reading, writing and horticulture.
