On Sunday 2nd October I am running the Great Scottish Run 10k,my 1st ( and only!) to help my god daughter Tori Witherow raise £4000 for a trip to Costa Rica to take part in community and conservation projects .This includes working with Turtle Trax,an organisation helping to monitor and protect sea turtles around the coastline of the Nicoya Peninsula.Your support would be much appreciated.
