Story

This is my kitten Artie. On Monday 21st August he was shot in the neck with an air rifle. The pellet has hit Artie's spinal cord. This has paralised his whole right side of his body. With surgery the pellet can be removed and he can begin his recovery, allowing him to eventually walk again. Unfortunately his insurance and the little money me and my fiance had towards our wedding fund has only covered the inital costs for the x-rays and CT scan. We now need more money to cover the surgery costs. Artie is our baby and a massive part of our lives (he even helped me with the proposal). It is his first birthday on 3rd September. It would mean so much if anyone could help us bring our fur baby home.

Just a bit of an update for everyone. Artie has had his surgery, when they took the pellet out they found that it had punctured his wind pipe. Fortunately they have successfully removed it now and stitched him up. He's having trouble breathing at the moment. However he is able to move all of his limbs a bit now which is good. The vets think he will make a full recovery providing there are no further complications. He is staying at the vets for another 2 weeks minimum to heal. Thanks for everyone's support. Hopefully the last update 🤞 Artie is back home now and doing great :D he is still finding it hard to walk properly but is obviously very happy to be home :) thanks to everyone once again who donated. We have now paid the bill (in the pics so that everyone can see where their money went)
Over £900!! Me and Georgia Mason couldn't be more grateful. Thanks again.
