On the 24th September I am running the Loch Ness Marathon in aid of 2 charities: Chest Heart and Stroke and Highland Malawi Trust.

Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland provide research, care and support throughout Scotland for people affected by chest, heart and conditions. All monies raised, are raised in memory of Andy Graham, who sadly passed away very suddenly in August 2017.

Highland Malawi Trust is a small independent local Trust set up in Inverness in 2009. Its main aim is to support widows, orphans and vulnerable children around Mzuzu in the Northern region of Malawi.
