I've raised £2400 to Send Lydia to the World Transplant Games and represent Great Britain

Selby Tiger Sharks Swimming Club are participating in a 24 hour swim to raise funds to support one of our own, Lydia Warner.
12 swimmers, 2 teams of 6, 24 hours of swimming.....
Lydia was been selected to represent Great Britain at the World Transplant Games next year, in Perth, Australia.
Lydia needs to self-fund her participation and we thought it was the least we could do to help get her to Australia.
In September 2011, Lydia was diagnosed with pancreoblastoma, which had spread to the liver, she was only 5 years old. She had chemotherapy but on boxing day, Lydia’s parents were told the devastating news that it was terminal. Fast forward 11 years, and Lydia has just been selected to compete in the World Transplant Games in Perth, Australia, to represent Great Britain.
Against the odds, she has survived. She has had numerous operations over the years, the removal of 3/4 of her pancreas, the removal of her spleen and a live liver transplant from her mum. She has a hearing loss as a result of the chemotherapy and has regular hospital appointments.
We are determined to see Lydia get to Perth. Please help us, help her.
