Tha sinn a' dol a Pharis gus an cluich sinn ann am Fèis Bhall-lìn Eadar-nàiseanta air a ruith le England Netball san Dàmhair 2017. Bidh 10 againn an sàs: Mirren, Orlagh, Rhianna, Leena, Millie, Abbey, Kerry, Peggy-Nan, Ceitidh agus Cerys. Bidh dithis thidsear ann cuideachd, còidse Mgr MacCorcadail agus tidsear Fraingis Mme Jebbari. Seo ar ciad cuairt sgoile thall thairis! Tha sinn air mòran thrèanaidh a dhèanamh airson an fhèis seo agus sinn cho toilichte gum bidh sinn a' farpais an aghaidh sgoiltean is clubaichean bho air feadh an t-saoghail! An-uiridh chrìochnaich sinn Lìog Bhall-lìn Sgoiltean Ghlaschu san dàrna àite agus sinn gu math toilichte le na rinn sinn. Tha sinn an dòchas gum bi an fhèis seo na cothrom ar sgilean a leasachadh gus an cluich sinn nas fheàrr còmhla aig co-fharpaisean ri teachd. Bhiodh sinn air leth taingeil airson tìodhlac beag no mòr gus cosgaisean a' chuairt a lùghdachadh. Thèid a h-uile tìodhlac mu choinneamh cosgaisean siubhail, àite-fuirich no bìdh. Ruithidh sinn rèis 5km san t-Sultain gus airgead a thogail agus deagh thrèanadh fhaighinn.
We are going to Paris to compete in the International Netball Festival run by England Netball in October 2017. There are 10 of us going to compete: Mirren, Orlagh, Rhianna, Leena, Millie, Abbey, Kerry, Peggy-Nan, Ceitidh and Cerys. There are two teachers going too, our coach Mr MacCorquodale and French teacher Mrs Jebbari. This is our first ever school trip abroad! We have been training really hard for this tournament and we're looking forward to competing against other schools and clubs from all over the world! Last year we finished 2nd in the Glasgow Schools' Netball League which we were really pleased about. We hope that this tournament will allow us to develop our knowledge of the game so we can play better together in future league and cup competitions. We would really appreciate any donation large or small to reduce the costs of the trip. All donations made will go towards travel, accommodation and food. We are running a 5km race in September to raise funds and to get us fit for the tournament.
