This the hardest thing i've ever had to do, At the beginning of July my landlord served me notice after a 6 years of battling living with mould and damp, my hunt began after looking at several property's i found one which was prefect for me and my children so on the 31st of July i met with the owner ( Charles Bond) and handed over £1130 on the the belief the house was having work done and it would be ready on the 18th September. We kept in touch via text and even went to the house to check the progress. On Friday 25th august our world came crashing down. I received a text from this man posing as the police saying he was a fraud and not to contact Wayne Clarke aka (Charles Bond) as there was now a open investigation. After speaking with the Police this man was already on bail for other crimes and was answering bail on the 25th, so he sent the text and walked in to the police station telling them everything. Hes now on bail till the 28th October. He has took my savings and now im facing homeless,
