I was inspired a few months ago by a gorgeous little lady, Jasmine. She has cerebral palsy and just a few months ago couldn't walk. Fast forward 5 months, a massive operation and tonnes of commitment and pure determination she is now starting to take a few steps. The aftercare she is receiving is helping her progress on a daily basis, but unfortunately the NHS can't support her financially. The local community has played a huge part in helping to raise money for her but I too felt the need to help as her disability is something that is very close to my heart. So after a few years out of the game I have my running shoes back on and I will be running a half Matathon in Ipswich on Sunday 24th September.
