Completing The Challenge

And he’s off! Starting at Loggerheads with the youngman himself to see Stu off on the start of his challenge. Stu was joined by a couple of explorer scouts, fellow leaders, Dylan’s dad Andy to start him off and even had a lovey send off from Aunty Mary and her granddaughters to mark this years adventure.

After a 4:30am get up and 6am walking start Stu is over half way into the first day of miles!

A huge thank you to everyone who has donated so far, Dylan will be able to do so much more with an off road electric wheelchair!

Charity Challenge 2020

Another year and yet another challenge: Stewart will get too old to keep this up for much longer, won't he??

This year Stewart is taking on the Clwydian Way: A 122 mile circular walk. Originally set up to celebrate the millennium. He is planning to take on this challenge over the August Bank Holiday (29th, 30th, 31st - 3 days!).

This year, he (and the shop) are fundraising for one of the young Scouts in the 1st Bistre group, Dylan: who desperately needs an off-road wheelchair to enable him to fully take part in more adventurous activities.
