Stix Baton Twirlers was Established in 2013. We practice in Dereham and Norwich.

Our club are members of the BBTSA (British Baton Twirling Sports Assosication) we are a competitive team and take part in Regional, Area and National competitions in individual and team events.

As well as competitions our athletes have the opportunity to take part in training days with National and International coaches, Grades, Carnivals, Fun days and Displays.

Our aim is to promote fitness as well as to help improve confidence and hand eye coordination and poise, we also aim to teach life skills such as self-discipline, sportsmanship and team work whilst at the same time having fun and making new friends.

Athletes will learn baton twirling skills using 1, 2 or 3 batons whilst incorporating dance, gymnastics and ballet. We also use pom-poms and other equipment too.
