Help The Homeless
We are a group of 10 aiming to cycle 200 miles in 8 hours on two bikes to raise funds for Street Support on Wednesday 23rd August 2017
Homelessness has increased 30% in Manchester over the past year placing increasing pressure on the charities to provide help and support for the people affected.Street Support has been set up to provide the charities with the help and co-ordination needed by encouraging businesses and individuals to do something.
Street Support Network has a simple mission - to make it easier for people who are homeless to get the help they need. We make it easier for the network to collaborate, co-ordinate and provide better support for people experiencing homelessness, and we make it easier for citizens and businesses to DO something to help. Many small, co-ordinated actions add up to a big difference to homeless people in the city.
