As some of you know - Im doing the Ironman wales in Tenby (less than 2 weeks away now!!!) Well im raising money for a friend of mine Paul Pugh - ( there is a link attached for those that don"t know him) Who was seriously injured in an unprovoked attack in 2007 - to mark this 10 year anniversary i feel there is no better cause to raise money for his ongoin rehabilitation. im sure the inspiration and heart that Paul paul shows on a daily basis will somehow get me through it !!!!
