I served in the British Army for 16 years (Parachute Regiment and Queen Alexander's Royal Army Nursing Corps). In 2022 I received therapy for Complex-PTSD. During my recovery process I was fortunate to receive the support of two sensational organisations; Supporting Wounded Veterans and Adaptive Grand Slam. As an appreciation of the support they have provided me I am running a 62 mile ultra-marathon to raise funds for these organisations so they can continue to provide the amazing support they offer, to others.
