Story
On the 9th of December our beautiful second son, Sebastian Aeran, was born.
Unfortunately Seb was born with Sepsis and was swiftly taken away to NICU. The next few days were hard and I will never get the image of our poorly boys chest going up and down at 70 times a minute with oxygen saturations to match.
Hes a true fighter and fought off his infection but after losing cannula after cannula he was left with a large extravasation inury to his tiny foot.
He has been left with a long scar around his ankle, which hes now under the care of the scar management team at the Bristol children's hospital.
Both teams have been fantastic and we are raising money for both Southmead NICU and the bristol paediatric scar management team.
Dan, I and a group of our fantastic friends are running Shepton Mallett 10k on October 27th to raise money for both.
