Police dog 4121 'Smithy' retired with me his handler from West Midlands Police in April 2017 , sadly as you have read recently he passed away after a sudden and unexpected illness. Although no amount of money could save him , I would like to raise a his collar number in £'s all to go to the WMP retired dog fund to leave a small legacy to help other dogs in times of need , Smithy had 3,280 followers on his twitter account one if not the first of the now many Police dog twitter accounts , if all his followers donated at least £1 we would virtually achieve the target. Help me achieve something good out of this !
