Thank you to everyone who has been in touch over the last few weeks to ask about sponsoring and/or giving donations to The Hare Krishna Project. We always appreciate your kindness and generosity 💐
Our book distribution initiatives, events, festivals, school visits, podcasts and online film productions are funded all year round thanks to the financial support we receive from devotees around the UK and Europe.
In total, it costs around £10,000 per year to fund all of The Hare Krishna Project's activities, that's £833 per month, to be exact.
Our monthly costs can be broken down as:
- Public Events - £300
- School Visits - £200
- Book Distribution - £133
- Fuel - £100
- Film, online talks and podcast productions - £50 (per month)
- Admin costs - £50 (per month)
