We are a team of 32 from McLaren Packaging taking part in the various distances of the Glasgow Kiltwalk on 28th April in support of The Newark Trust.

The Newark Trust is a grant-making organisation fighting hardship and disadvantage in Inverclyde. The Trust's mission is to improve the lives, health and welfare of people in Inverclyde, creating opportunities for a positive future, through grant-making to charities, groups and organisations in the area.

The three focus areas for The Newark Trust are:

* Fighting child poverty

* Assisting children and young people with disabilities

* Supporting local communities
