Huge thanks to the children who took part in the Sponsored Spook last weekend (some of whom are pictured below). Thanks, too, to all who have donated. Once all of the sponsorship is in, we're hoping we will have raised £400 towards replacing the broken swings. Encouraged by the local support for the Play Area, members of the Town Council are also looking into making more significant improvements to the facilities in the near future. Hopefully, it won't be too long before the children have their park back.
