To all the people who visit the beautiful Tilgate Park - who do you think picks up the rubbish that you leave behind, scattered all over the grass and left to blow around the park? I bet you don't know about this lady... she cares so much for the beautiful park that she visits early hours of the morning with a binbag and a litter picker and clears up after the people who are too lazy to put their rubbish in the bin, or too selfish to bag it up and take it home with them. This lady who doesn't get paid for it and does it because she wants others to be able to enjoy the beautiful park that we are so lucky to have on our doorstep. So next time you visit please don't assume that your litter magically disappears if you decide to leave it on the grass - instead think of this wonderfully kind lady, doing the job for you. Please leave the park tidy for others 👍🏻
