Story
Gareth's story.
Gareth has been diagnosed with cancer of the esophagus, the tube used to swallow food. Esophagus cancer is notoriously difficult to diagnose and normally only shows symptoms when its quite well established. Gareth has to endure major surgery to break his ribs and remove the esophagus, lifting all his other organs into a new higher position. Gareth won't be able to eat properly for six months! He will have a tube fitted to allow him to feed himself directly into his stomach. This treatment will mean he will be unable to work for a year!
What he needs.
Gareth is a hard working person and with two daughters to support, we want to raise enough funds to help with his everyday needs and to look into alternative treatments to prolong his life expectancy so he can live to see his girls become young ladies and walk them down the aisle when the time comes!!
24 Hour Racing!!!

Teams consisting of between 4 to 8 drivers will compete to win this race and take home the trophy, Gareth's brother in law Tom Pughe will be attempting to finish the entire 24 hours by himself! The Guinness book of world records has been contacted to log this attempt! #24hourcancermk
