On Saturday 23rd September I am walking the Causeway Challenge (26 miles) to raise funds for Malawi, DGMHospital, Livingstonia. On a recent visit I was reminded of the many needs there. Some very needy patients come for treatment but are unable to pay.

I also visited some devastating situations, one family has four children. Three of their children suffer from very severe muscular wasting and are unable to walk or move without help. Their parents have to lift them from the floor where they sleep, wash and dress them. They need wheelchairs, beds, mattresses, food etc. Their parents are unable to cultivate enough food as the children need 24 hour care . With your help we can make a difference to their lives.
