On October the 15th, Lewis Coles and James Cargill will be running a half marathon, the Simplyhealth Great Birmingham Run, to raise money for the University of Birmingham Handball club.

Funds raised will go towards buying much needed equipment, help cover the costs of increased league entry prices and qualified coaches. The Handball club is one of the fastest growing sports teams in the University and finished second in the 2015-2016 University Championships.

To add a bit of excitement to the run, we shall be running the race in a costume that is decided on by you, the donators. These costumes are to become more embarrassing with the more that is donated.

£100 - cop and robber

£200 - tortoise and the hare

£300 - fairies

£400 - cheerleader costumes - pom poms and all.
