Story

Valentinas Cvilikas and Justinas Cvilikas we both from Milton Keynes along with other friends Justinas Skackauskas, AIDAS KERPE, GINTARAS BENDZIUS, ARTURAS KAZLAUSKAS, ALVIDAS RAMANAUSKAS taking part in the Budapest-Bamako rally early next year as Amber Adventure Team and are aiming to raise £4,000. The event will see around 100 teams driving from Budapest in Hungary to Banjul, the capital of Gambia, a journey of around 8000km over 16 days, crossing two continents and 10 countries. All teams are raising money for the African Hungarian Union (AHU), a Hungarian charity who primarily provide medical and educational facilities, supplies and assistance to many countries in Africa.

Also this year rally is planning on digging two wells in Gambia, they will be dug in December and open them in small village ceremony during the rally.

All trip is self funded inc 2 vehicles Nissan Patrol and we only raising funds for people in need over in Africa

We have entered in the touring category, which means it is not a race and we simply just have to get to the finish line which should be challenge enough.

We both working for construction company AJ Construction Ltd also based in Milton Keynes, my self as contracts manager and Justin as civils supervisor

Kind regards
