We are building a website for PMDD sufferers. We all know full well just what a minefield of information it is out there and all the challenges that come with trying to get help/treatment - we want to make it easier. We are collating all the information, advice, tips, apps, support group information etc all in one place - along with printable and editable resources.

We hope it will be a one-stop-shop for PMDD sufferers around the world to get resources get signposted to organisations/help.

That's the plan. Lets make it easier for current and future sufferers to survive through this hellish rollercoaster.

Anything you donate will go towards the web designer (we will be collating all the information, a designer will be doing the building) - anything left over will be going on printing costs to spread the PMDD word. We are all volunteers and not taking any money - we just want to help other sufferers.
