Ti a Fi and Cylch Meithrin Mornant are both charities which rely on participation (i.e. attendance), as well as fundraising to be able to continue. The committee for Ti a Fi and Cylch felt there would be no time like the present to take on our next fundraising event. Each year parents come together to embark on a Sponsored Walking Challenge. The sponsored walk this year will be held on September 23rd. The walk will be separated into two parts. Walk 1 will be a 5K (approximately), ascending and descending Moel Famau. Walk 2, approximately 13km, will be leaving from the summit of Moel Famau and continuing along Offa’s Dyke, over the Clwydian Range, to Nant Coed-y-mynydd, to a car park near the summit of Moel y Parc (above Afon-wen).
