Steve James has been an influential and inspirational character in many peoples lives, including my own. He is a man of decency, kindness and integrity. Last year, Steve made the brave decision to leave his long term career and go it alone with his own business. This decision was driven by his desire to spend more time with his wife and daughters.

Steve's fledgling business has been doing very well. Unfortunately, he's recently discovered that he has a very serious medical condition. Although there is life extending treatment available, the prognosis is unclear.

What is clear is that Steve and his family have a very difficult road ahead of them. Every day that Steve takes out of work for medical treatment is a day without pay. Any vacation breaks the family have will be unpaid.

Let's give Steve and his family a holiday that will give them a respite and share special time together.
