After audtioning to represent team scotland at the world championships in Orlando florida 14 year old Danae Blacker from Rutherglen has been selected to travel and compete with the national squad. Danae currently competes for her local team SLS allstars and has done since the age of 5 taking great pride in her sport. To help raise funds Danae has set herself a 5K challenge around strathclyde countey park. This is just one of the challenges she hopes to complete on the run up to the competition. All donations big or small are grately appreciated.
