Story

The World Scout Jamboree, which takes place in Poland in 2027, is held every 4 years bringing together 43,000 Scouts from all over the world

We are fundraising for our Scouts & Explorers who are a part of 1st Falkirk Scouts and Antonine Explorers (based out of 1st Falkirk Scout Hall):

Finlay Hunter, Alexander Marjoribanks, Blair Hamilton, Murray Herriot & Charlotte Rankine will attend the World Scout Jamboree in Gdansk, Poland in 2027.

Joining the group in their fundraising efforts, is fellow 1st Falkirk Scout, Blair Nelson, who is taking on a challenge of his own after being selected for the Islandic Jamborette this summer in 2026.

Being chosen for the World Scout Jamboree and any International Jamborette's is a huge honour, but it also comes with significant costs. Your support will help cover essential expenses such as travel, accommodation, activities, equipment, and preparation, this also includes a contribution towards an international fund, which helps young people from less affluent countries to attend.

Once in Poland, the youngsters will take part in a variety of cultural experiences, leadership challenges and community projects designed to develop confidence, resilience and global citizenship, as well as representing Falkirk on an international stage.

Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference and helps turn this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity into a reality for our Scouts.

Thank you so much for your support—it truly means the world to them.
