Huge advances have been made in reducing the spread of new HIV infections globally – by up to 25% in some countries – and in closing the gap between people who need HIV treatment and those who can access it.
EJAF has been at the forefront of these changes. We have funded HIV prevention information which over 100 million people around the world have accessed, and we have ensured vital, practical support for over 250,000 children orphaned by AIDS, helping to ensure they are do not doomed to relive the epidemic in their own and their children’s’ lives.
