Why your donation matters
The Equal Marriage campaign was launched in 2008 to lift the discriminatory ban on same-sex marriage in Scotland. The campaign aims to deliver legal and social equality for same-sex couples.
The Equality Network is a Scottish charity that works for equality and human rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people. It was founded in 1997, and plays a major role in winning equality for LGBT people in Scotland.
The opponents of equal marriage are running a well-resourced organised campaign. So far they have sent out 200,000 campaign postcards, and they will continue to do everything they can to prevent the Scottish Government changing the law to give LGBT people equality.
